I just noticed that the wakarusa sign has changed from

June 17-19 50+Bands 3 Stages to
June 16-19 60+Bands 5 stages

PLEASE DON'T BE LIKE THE ROO AND BOOK SO MANY GOOD BANDS AT THE SAME TIME

Go BACK TO 3 STAGES

I would imagine the 5 stages include the not-yet-announced but promised DJ/hip-hop stage and the Owngrown stage. That's only one more than last year and obviously one caters to a very specific crowd. I wouldn't worry about overbooking, they have, in fact, cut down on the number of acts from last year in order to allow for longer set times.

also, last year i think they may have advertised something like five stages, and we were all confused, there was a tiny ass po dunk stage, more like a bunch of 2x4s laid out, in the way back middle of camping, it was sick! So i wouldnt be worried, the wakas got many a trick up her sleeve!
