i have not been working alone on promoting this great event my wife has been more than helpful in spreading the word. we have spent so much money getting out to shows around town to help promote as well as a few trips out of town to other festivels to let the world know but all the dough we have spent to do all this is making it hard to get money to travel to lawrence and get tickets for both of us. because she has played just as much of a part as i have , what might you be able to do to help out on our tickets because we have put full effort in spreading the word every where we go. and as far as the paper work on where we have promoted and the pics of us promoting when do we get that packet to show you every where we have gone to promote. I have a question that has to do with tickets as well...and that is how do we go about getting them? I think i read somewhere we do get in for free....but my question is are you going to send it to us or do we get it at the gate?? The reason for my question is that I might need my ticket to be sent to a different location for the summer (I am moving). So just wondering how this is going to go down! Thanks much teamb for the ticket by the way! Sweet deal....get to have fun promoting the fest and attend it for free!

Dosed: That should be just fine...just get those pics to us and you and the missus will be all set.

EC: You will be able to pick up your free pass at the front entrance to the festival, most likely at willcall. It might be a list of people or it may be a physical pass...we're not sure exactly how we're going to do it yet. We will also be taking care of street teamers during the pre-Waka party at the Bottleneck on Wednesday, so that's another option too. I can promise you and everyone else that as long as you fill out a promotions report and send us a picture of you in action then you'll be ready to go.

We're also looking very much forward to meeting everyone either out on the road in May or here in Lawrence in June! -David
