Storms were raging in Norman, but no tornadoes!!! We did have the sirens going off and some horizontal rain, but at the end of the day there was sunshine and a beautiful rainbow!!!

It rained here last Friday! Crazy amounts of rain. My poor car flooded. Everything still works, except for my speakers. :( Oh and my car stinks. I Used a Dry/Wet vac as soon and the weather cleared up, but with all the humidity and heat it still stinks.

All of that rain came this way and DRENCHED Mulberry Mountain. I'm anxious to see what the river is running at today when they update it around 8.

6.3 and rising.... BIG WATER. Hopefully the rain stops soon, and by Sunday, well, you may be able to guess where I'll be! :) Thank goodness we're finally getting some water!
Now, a little sunshine to help the grass seed grow at the satellite stage...

lucky. I've got a graduation to go to Friday night, and my gf has to work on Saturday, so we're just looking at a day trip to the Mulberry on Sunday... as usual. I'd rather hit up the Buffalo... and would the weekend after this, but have a wedding to attend that Saturday.
Too many plans, not enough fun time. Good thing Waka's SO CLOSE!!!

The pics are wild - esp. the dude's back who was caught outside - but the video on that site really captures the storm...
