View Full Version : Tea Leaf Green Fans?
Just curious if anyone else is familiar with Tea Leaf Green? If not, I would highly recommend checking them out. They are out of the Bay area and I caught them in the midwest last summer/fall (Sorry, I have some short term memory issues  !) and have a poor quality show and studio release. I'm verrrry much looking forward to seeing them again! Can't wait to see the stage schedules - see what kind of dilema's I'm gonna have to face -> :( .

I saw them at Waka last year...it was sunday, so we were pretty damn wore out, and it was early afternoon...their music seemed cool but the vibe just wasn't right. Nobody was dancing, everyone was just sitting in chairs tapping their feet thinking \"damn, maybe if I weren't so tired or if it weren't so bright out I could get more into it...\" Hopefully this year they'll get a better time slot.

I have never seen them, but have been listening to a few shows since I found out they were going to be at Waka (need to do my homework for these festivals these days  ), and I must say I am very very excited to see them in person. Waka waka waka.

They are the best out there in my opinion.
Better than any other band currently making music, maybe I'm full of ****
so find out for yourselves.

LOL! Not full of ****!! How boring would this world be if we all liked the same (music, food, color, etc)!!
I've not seen Tea Leaf Green yet, I know they're playing with Railroad Earth June 16 in Columbia MO but I can't make that one. I am looking forward to seeing them at Waka though. They're at the top of my \"must-see\" list.

All I havta say is since moving to denver co 10 months ago, i've checked them out five times......and i can't get enough. nicest guys in the world and will always make time to bs about their shows, their tour, or whatever. they got screwed in denver on halloween with a venue not passing code, but didn't bitch, and l did what they could and new monsoon let them play an extended set break down the street. if you haven't seen them, definitely try to (especially with a late night show). you gotta love the bands that are all about the music and tg takes the cake. waka, waka, waka :D
archive.org is filled with tlg shows.....i recommend the haymaker festival in virginia A+++++

You know I'll be at the latenight set, no doubt about it. I'll have to come up with some bizzare way for the kind folks to know that I was the \"dvd guy\" I'll figure something out, as I am always down with meeting new and fun folks. Positive energy makes MY world go round :)
