My first time at Wakarusa and brought my friend for whom this was her first festival (among many other firsts for her this weekend).
We both had a really great time camping in camp Quasar with other groovy folks, seeing tons of great music, lying in the patches of shade we could find, and boogying down into the wee hours with lots of like-minded people.
Thanks to everyone who put this thing on. In my mind it went down perfectly. And generally authority types stayed in the background, which I appreciated, but I agree with another poster, that had we had an emergency it seemed like it would have been hard to find someone in charge.
Again great job, and look forward to next year :)
