Clothing Optional Festival Next Year!

Whether it was the amount of sheriffs or what, but I was disappointed in the lack of public nudity, especially topless women.

I could be wrong, but I don't think there is a Douglas County (KS) ordinance specifically banning outdoor naturism -- only if it's \"lewd and lascivious\" which is up to the cops and courts to determine. I doubt a couple of hundred shirtless women would cause a ruckus.

I didn't see one naked boob the whole time. I was pretty disappointed myself. It was pretty cool though except for Sunday so I am sure that had something to do with it.

i think the weather might have been involved.. but yes, i was disappointed in not seeing lots of beautiful, unclothed women. I did have 2 awesome, beautiful, sweet southern girls show me what they had.... it was the highlight of my day that Sat. :D
