Seems a lot of folks are not to keen on ekoostik hookah.

Post your justification for your opinion here.

I think they are a great band, but that is simply my opinion. They have become much more of a rock band in the last 6 years then they used to be (rootsy background music before)

I don't hate Ekoostik Hookah, but I would not go out of my way to see them (or pay more than $10.) I first saw them back in '97 and thought they were OK then too, they put on decent live show, but nothing special.

I love their name. The spelling conjures up funky.

I really enjoyed their show and danced my booty off. I like the name- something interesting and original. I would definately see them again!

I travelled from KC to Ohio to attend Hookahville. Ekoostik is a GREAT band I will see every opportunity I get.

These guys are cool as hell, I've hung out with them a couple times and they're awesome people. Their music seems to get kinda boring sometimes but I usually try to see them if they're passing through town.

hey , i love hookah. maybe its because im from columbus and having them as a really cool local band is pretty sweet. and all the guys in the band are really cool people. who can play some crazy ****

yeah i love hookah and have driven great lengths to see them. if ya'll get a chance check them out give them a try, and HOOKAHVILLE is a blast!!!!

Not a big Hookah fan. They are kind of like widespread for me, they seem to have fun, they are talented musicians, but they just don't do *IT* for me.

Can't really explain what the *IT* is, but The Ben/Russo Duo last year on Thurs night sure did *IT* :::WOW:::

Hookah musically is an exceptional band. I think the latest incarnation with Johnny on percussion brings about a whole new dimension to the Hookah sound.

For people that I know who are in to what might be classified as the more traditional jam bands, Hookah is one that I ALWAYS RECOMMEND.

Plus it doesn't hurt that their organization is a great group of folks to work with.
