Airport Shuttle service

I've seen it asked over and over and was curious to know exactly how many people need a shuttle from the airport and how much they would be willing to pay. If demand is high enough I'm sure we can interest some transportation company in providing service from MCI (aka KCI) to the venue.

It's about 45 miles, so consider the cost of a cab ($$$$$$) or the hassle of renting a car and needing to navigate unfamiliar roads.

my wife and i are flying in from st. pete fl and need transportation from MCI to whatever hotel we choose to go with as part of the package deal...not really wanting to spend $100 round trip but probably will end up having too, renting a car is only $120 from most companies for the weekly rate but i'd rather not deal with it...

There is a company that runs a service from the airport to Lawrence. I believe it's around $50 roundtrip.

That's probably everybody's best bet. Looks like they run several times a day and $49 round trip is actually pretty reasonable. If people are coming in this way, I have no problem making a few runs to the drop-off spot in Lawrence.
