motorcycle rides

i hope someone who lives in the lawrence area can help me. i am bringing my bike to the festival and am looking for some good places to ride to, one of the days that we're there. anyplace good to see, within an hour or two of lawence, would be great. if there is any other kind bikers out there that would like to come along, lets do it. thanks for any help

I will also be on my bike at the fest this year, me and a buddy are taking off after waka and traveling west eventually ending up in calif. Let me know if your interested.

thanks for the offer, but after the fest we are heading east. we are planning on doing a ride on that thursday am. i found a bi-way that runs along the missouri river. the whole ride there and back should be 4-5 hours. that includes stop times. let me know if you would like to join us.

this is the ride we are planning. mapquest has us doing 24 miles on i-70. if that is a high traffic area, there are some back roads we can do instead. i'll get with you as we get closer to the week of the fest. check out the link. see ya, dan.
