TICKET SCALPERS HA HA HA HA

Everybody check out online all the flack about Tom Petty tics and scalpers/brokers .... they got busted big time and i hope they have to eat all of the tics they bought and sold .... what they did is match up club member numbers (club members cant resell tics) against tics on ebay and such and if they matched (at one venue there was over 800) they cancelled the tics .... he he he he ... and no i dont buy the argument about free interprise and all of that .... its just plain wrong ... peace ... colorado ron ***** and I got my tics legit for PJ and Tom (although i did cheat and get the presale password on line lol )http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j211/canexplain/e006de77.jpg

Right on! I'm all for free enterprise, but not at the expense of the consumer. I'm glad they'll get theirs for screwing over folks who just want to go to the show!

I'm not down with ticket sclapers, but it sounds to me that you are upset that people would do something dishonest like sell tickets they had already purchased in order to just make an extra buck. I don't like that, but I also wonder what makes your purchase \"legit\" if you were not supposed to have access to this presale for whatever reason, but still \"jumped\" in line in front of all the people who waited their honest turn. (or for that matter the people who did have presale access for whatever reason). I guess if your going to be dishonest i wonder why just skewer the people who resold tickets when we could also bring up all the people who went about otherways in attaining these tix in a fashion that wasn't honest or by the band's wishes...


Cheers for robbing people in such a fashion that you do not look as bad in comparison to more of the bigger cheats.
