Anybody out there with one vehicle want to split the cost and share an upgraded campsite? I'm driving out from Colorado alone, and will probably sleep in my pickup truck. I'm considering an upgrade, but it would be silly to pay over $100 and have a whole site to myself. Each upgrade comes with two vehicle passes. Maybe we could split the cost and meet there?
About me: Most of my old touring buddies haven't caught on to the newer jam scene (or they're tied to jobs and family), and I now live in a small town and don't know anybody going to Wakarusa. Saw many Dead shows in the day (but don't pigeonhole me; I love most all kinds of music), so I'm seasoned. Not a heavy drinker or drugger these days, but appreciate the adventurous and experimental spirit as long as people are kind, and I love to have a good time. I'm independent, and not needy, so it's not like I'll try to glomb onto a group, or stick to your hair and drive you nuts. I'll bring my guitar and will search for jams, but like to get away from the craziness when the urge to crash comes on. Looking for a shady spot away from the chiggers (which the primitive camping field, I'm told, can have little of the former and much of the latter).
