 This was phenominal!!!!! It sounds incredibly stupid and perhaps dangerous to anyone that did not experience it but to those of us who were there it was incredible!
I saw a lot of video cameras there! DOES ANYONE HAVE VIDEO OR EVEN AUDIO OF THIS ONLINE :?: If so please let me know! Heck I would even buy a copy of a good video of it.

Did they really jam out for 5 hours??? Thats awesome!!! The percussion that came off the propane tank was out of this world and I agree it probably isn't the best thing to be beating with rocks but I really enjoyed it.

Lol, don't we all.
But a lot of those come in the wee hours of the morning, and tend to piss off everyone else around them.
And for that, I dislike drum circles for the most part.
Haha, that video was funny though.

gotta love that crazy carl. I used to go to highschool with this kid, and then he moved to lawrence a year after me. He's always making music with something, so it didn't really surprise me when he started bangin on the gas tank. What did surprise me was how freakin long they played on that thing!!!!!
I've become able to sleep to the drum circle. It's usu. rhythmic (I'm being optimistic :P ) and I can sorta tune it out.
5 a.m. parties that explode into anger/screaming/fights 'cuz everyone's too schwilly, which wakes up their DOG and starts him barking......nope, still can't sleep next to those.

My friend was camped out over there. I remember seeing it when I went that direction. The tank sounded much better in person.
