I can't believe it's taken me this long to think of suggesting the addition af Hamsa Lila to the lineup. If you haven't heard them, they are a superb blend of arabic/indian/cuban and other world influences with heavy grooves and jazz/jam sensibilities. Lots of groups try to pull off the multi-culti world-fusion thing but so far they're the only ones I've heard that have gotten it right. Check them out on Internet Archive or their own website. If that sort of thing is your sort of thing, you won't be disappointed.

Funny that you mention them...I heard about them because the former sax player for one of my favorite bands, Estradasphere (who are also masters of the cultural fusion thing) did some jamming with them at the High Sierra festival in CA. I'd definitely like to see them live. It would definitely be awesome to see more \"world\" music. My top picks would be:

Estradasphere (unlikely because they're working on a new album)
Secret Chiefs 3 (unlikely because they'll probably be in europe)
Tabla Beat Science, or at least one of its members (may be possible...I'm seeing them in Chicago in april..maybe they have a full tour up their sleeves)
