You guys and girlies have got to give me some ideas on making some intoxicating brew. I've got a five gallon Igloo that will be stocked the whole festival.

Please give me some suggestions. I can make it myself, but I'm sure everybody wants to be able to hear the music :P

we use to make this stuff called \"liquid Jesus\" it was to much. try some ice, fresh fruit, vodka and or rum. you'll be on the right track :twisted:

Shock tarts
Pop sickles
Skittles
slices of lime and lemon
jolly ranchers
pinapple rings
rum
vodka
tequila
blue maui
and sometiems like, fresh raspberries....

me and my crew (3 others) will be heading down on Wednesday night. Crashing with sum freinds in Lawrence, then head to the festy thursday morning. ill be rocking out all day long in the Primitive Camps. i need to create sum sort of flag or sumthin so im easily identifiable(sp). ive lurked here quit a bit but just started posting.

I was thinking about going with some kind of juice, too. Beer might not be the best idea for a Colorado boy in the Kansas heat. We got an inch of snow on Friday the 11th, and it's still getting down below freezing at night, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for some pleasant weather.

The Hawkeye flag is not a sure thing. Grape? Rum is a must. Lots of it. It must give a buzz but not knock you down, to many late nite shows.

When we went to Bonneroo the 1st yr, the guys next to us made this stuff we fell in love with called Yucca, and it will be our beverage of choice at Waka. They made it in one of those Igloo beverage jugs. You fill it to the top with ice and squeeze about 6 lemons and 6 limes over the ice and add a bunch of sugar. Then pour a liter or so of vodka prefarabley the cheap kind over the ice. SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE!!!!!!!!! Pass around and drink. Its like a lemonade with a kick. :mrgreen:

That is one big vodka on the rocks! Sounds good though. Almost like a Moscow Mule without the ginger beer.

I have had a drink called \"Summer Brew\" at parties around Lawrence. It sounds gross but is pretty good. I am not sure of what all goes in it but it is something like Beer, Vodka, Lemonade, Sprite and some other fruity stuff. Sounds bad but tasted awesome. I know I am gonna try to make some for Waka

That summer brew that the other cat was talking about it awesome. We have it at parties all the time. I think it is just beer vodka and lemonade. Im sure you could get exact ratios on the internet or something. It tastes great and will knock you around a bit!

It's called \"Purple Panty Pull-Down\". It is easy to drink but will kick your a**!

Take a two liter bottle of Sprite or Diet Sprite. Pour out about a fifth of the soda and replace with Everclear. Add a packet of grape Kool-Ade and shake. Be careful when adding the Kool-Ade, it will make the soda fizz over.
