who is \"us\" exactly? i would have loved seeing more than 50% of the bands at coachella. not sure i would have enjoyed the freezing weather. the only reason i keep going is for the other non jam bands. if waka ever changes that aspect, i will pick another festival to enjoy. everyone should take 20 min from panic or north miss. allstars and open their eyes :shock: to some amazing music to be heard. to name a few this year: grace potter, avett brothers, alejandro escovedo, greencards, papa mali, be good tanyas, waybacks, bobby bare jr, asylum street spankers, cornmeal, etc...

my reference to \"our\" kind of music is a general reference to the bands that draw alot of folks out to the fest's. (not that there isn't lots of great non-jambands out there too). everytime i refer to this as our scene or our kind of music, someone skews it the wrong way. it's not a stereotype phrase. it's meant as a simple statement. come on folks, embrace this music scene as your own. it's the best one out there. :D
