totally fired up about seeing STS9 at Wakarusa. i sure hope they get a late-night slot and 2-4 shows total. i think more STS9 fans will buy tickets when they see that sound tribe is getting 2-4 shows total... :shock:

4 shows? No frickin way they are getting 4 shows! That would be so great! I know us lowdowners (what up guys!) could convinve everyone to go with 4 shows! That is 100+ tickets sold right away! I would be happy with one and a late night but 4 is all the better! Who's got my Sacred Science sunrise set after late night 9 on sat night? :idea:

that STS9 is only listed on Friday on the schedule that is popping up on the website now :cry: ... what is up with that? i sure hope there is a day and a late-night show :D more info soon i hope.

I've got to say I'm disappointed to see only a Friday listing for STS9 on the daily band lineup. Those involved in booking should be ASHAMED of themselves if they have overlooked the overwhelming love for the Tribe in favor of SCI, Umph, or anyone else, for that matter, especially given the fact that they got shafted so royally by both mother nature and 45 minute set limits last year. It's an outrage, I tells ya!

I don't think everyting is finalized yet . . . . . . .I am still holding out hope for 2 STS9 shows.

aesop435, don't doubt the love for STS9 by the Waka people. TeamB drove to ATL on NYE for the STS9 shows. I drove up from FL, to catch NYE as well. Saturday, I'm leaving SpringFest right after Bela plays, so I can drive to Jacksonville, FL and catch the 9. Then driving back to the fest.

agreed Denise - we can go super hard on thursday and friday and then just chill and enjoy the rest of the festival. thanks to TeamB and the rest of the wakarusa folks for booking STS9 for two shows, including a late-night show! see all y'all STS9 fans soon. BTW TeamB, Denise and i have been handing out tons of wakarusa handbills. we've left some at the only independent record store in summit county and others at our friends head/import/export shop in breck. we'll hand some out at the moe. show friday in denver. thanks for all the hard work, can't wait to kick it and drink a beer with you.
