I just wanted to see what any of guys have to say about the SFA's? Has anyone seen these guys before and are they worth looking into? I think I'm gonna go check them out tonight?

GO GO GO! Hilarious funky duo out of Oklahoma - only wish they could make it to KC more often! Definitely a fine way to spend the evening. :D (The only thing you'll be missing is Albot break-dancing - ask'em about it. ;-))

I just went down to the Pub and what a bummer SFA canceled because of the weather? Maybe next time?

Definitely catch them if you can. Bad ass 3 piece band, very groovy, very funky. A+, would dance again.

Three-piece? I've only ever seen them as Chris on keys & Dr. Rock on drums. What did they add?

SFA is a lot of fun! Very entertaining! Chris Wiser is a real showman.

You are right -- I'm on crack.
Last time I saw them they had a bunch of sit-ins with folks from several St. Louis bands, and my addled brain added a third member.

Love me some Sugar Free! I've been dropping their name for a potential Waka band for 3 years now!
I'm just bummed I didn't catch Chris when he was with the Hosty Trio, but at least we now have double the coolness with SFA and the Hosty Duo!

Sugarfree Kicks ass. They are fun, funky, and not to mention some really kick ass brothers. I really can't say enough about them. They are for sure waka worthy.

I can vouch for you on this. Too bad that we didn't find out about them a little sooner when we were booking the Own~Grown stage. At the time that we did, we already had all of our slots filled. Thanks for turning us on to them though Shawn.
