Upgraded sites: Grill and/or fire ring?

Do some sites have both? Are there more of one than the other?

To clarify some sites have their own fire ring plus an elevated grill that actually sits between two upgraded campsites. (The original builders of the park did not think that there was a need for a permanent grill at every single campsite) There are also a couple of campsites that feature a nice little grill/fire ring combo. Trying to map out all of the grill/fire rings/etc proved to be a logistical nightmare so this is why we chose to use the \"and/or\" wording. Rest assured though that either a fire ring, grill, or a combination of both will be waiting for you when you arrive.
