Beer, beer, beer, beer! Of course, we're getting there in the evening after a long day at work, so beer would be the standard operating procedure anyway.

meeting the neighbors and beer can go hand-in-hand! in the past it seems to go something like "hi there....youre from oklahoma? so that is a 3. beer you have there? haha!"

Maybe everyone will bring local beer from their state. Good way to start conversations. With a trade.

what is lone star like?

it's the beer of kings... some say

I like lonestar a lot, but there really aren't many beers I don't like...
If I had to describe it, I'd say its like regular beer... like Miller Lite or Bud Light, but with a taste of texas twang.

It's delicious though, and two of them next to each other is a really nice pair of cans :)

I was thinking about cracking open a cold one, but I'm gonna need some sleep since it's gonna take me 10 hours to get there and several more hours to set up. Though having a few drinks may help me sleep a bit better.:D

I'll be hitting up shakedown (if there is one) with a nice cold beer in my hand.

Set up camp and meet the neighbors. If you notice a blue Scion tC in the VIP area, feel free to stop by and say hi!

Last year a guy came over with Yuengling in a can - he was from PA and all i had was bud. Felt like a heel but drank the Yuengling anyway! It's a brilliant idea - but now i have to figure out where to put the beer...http://www.haasbeek.com/pictures/shared/packed.JPG

I would help you out, but the fine people at old style decided to do some funny ass sh*%. I went to my local supermarket to pick up a fine 12 pack of it and I noticed the price, which was at 5.85, was now at 10.85. I asked the guy that worked there and he informed me that theya(peple at Old Style) raised the price of this fine beer in a can. I asked why would the do such a thing as I live in St. louis and it is now almost 2 bucks more than Bud. He informed me that they were "trying" to make it a premium beer. I laughed at such a though and said that making the beer more expensive doesn't make it any better....it's not a good beer. So I have bought no Old Style in a few months and it sucks cause I liked the beer(for cheap beer)! I will not pay almost as much for a 12 of crappy beer in a can as I would for a nice 12 of pale ale that I can get for 11 bucks.

I'm finding me some red beans and rice - I KNOW it's out there somewhere.....

And as soon as I find it, I'm giving redbobb the biggest hug ever. Because she deserves it.

Go with Steel Reserve High Gravity. It's super cheap, wonderfully full of alcohol, and still tastes quite good as well
