Any others bringing decent kites? Only saw two at Wakarusa last year (me having one of them over by the disabled camping area) and the traffic got all backed up with the rubber necking!

Kite flying is fun stuff and really only requires wind and, for ease of use, a decent Delta design kite. It's also not too strenuous for those that have limitations and it'll be neato to see a bunch of the beauties up in the air.....

i love kites!!! i wish i had a pretty one!
i haven't flown a kite since lunchtime during high school.
haha they used to call me a hippie for flying kites in the park.
not a damned hippie, just like flyin high and lovin life. nothing wrong with that.

i'll be lookin for the kites! :-)

did you see the one last year? with the glow works on it? pretttttyyy! :-)

yea bring those huge stake down kites

those took me over one very late night at summer camp a few years ago
they are cool as sh!t
