Definitely check out the electronic Sh*t this year...honestly, that is the best thing Waka has going (the interstellar Meltdown). Galactic is mostly not electronic - they are from new orleans and they feature jazz fusion (the saxophonist hooks up his horn to a whammy pedal....amazing). STS9, Ott, and SHpongle are three of the MOST BADASS BANDS EVER... I go to see them live whenever I can.

In addition to this, try to check out Perpetual Groove, Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad, and JJ GREY (all non-electronic), as well as electronic sh*t like EOTO (members of String Cheese) and New Mastersounds (quasi electronic, they play real instruments like STS9).
