True Story. This happened to me last week.. I took an Emergen-C on an empty stomach after I took my b12complex 50. I was done.. had to eat and lay down.. horribly jittery..

SPF 1000 or the highest I can get-I got so sunburned on top of sunburn my blisters had blisters.
an unbrella for the reason above
portable fan
my over the shoulder bag...

My hooping is SOOOO aweful.. my 57 year old neighbor was laughing at me because she can hoop better than me-that and she said I looked ridiculous...LOL

I'm can wait to freak out until the day I leave..... no need to add stress where stress is not needed! I'm going to keep the faith.
