Fishing

What's the scoop? Has anyone actually fished these ponds before? What species can we expect to encounter? Are they worth eating? Trying to decide whether it's worth hauling the rods and tackle and buying an Arkansas fishing license (is this really necessary?).

I've caught only a handful of small bass out of the ponds, but if you like catfish, it's worth it. I've eaten them out of there before.
