Red face Tent Banners, Flags, Wizard Sticks and Camp Markers! (Photos Plz!)

It's my second year coming to Waka and I feel it’s time to establish our camp name and decor. I'm curious to what other people have found helpful in the past. I'm planning on making a flag of some sort by hand but we have yet to agree on a camp name. I thought it would be fun to have an open thread to share past camp experience and maybe share some pictures, examples, and some advice on what works and what doesn’t. How crazy do people really get with camp themes these days? Help get my artistic mojo working with your creative stories from past festivals! Please feel free to share any pictures and/or 3rd person observations. I’m curious to any and all info/opinions you may have since I am only in my 2nd festy year!
Hope to see you all at Waka 2012!

Im a huge believer in el wire if you wanna make anything stand out. We have wrapped about 100ft of wire up and down our flag pool and all around the flag itself. Bring enough batteries and you can never not find your site, no matter what kinda condition you may be in. Brought all my buddies in with no real direction except to find the crazy lookin flasing blue red and green lookin craziness.

"Camp Big Spoon"! So Original, and I never thought of El Wire...I found this L.E.D rope that runs off of solar energybut who knows how well those things really work. I saw a big L.E.D ballon in the air lat year which was tight but I figure it would be hard to keep afloat unless you had a helium tank with ya, and how stupid would I feel if i got pulled over, " No Officer, I swear its not Nitrous, it's Helium!"LoL...Thanks for the invite we'll sure I'll be seeing you there where ya'll from anyways? AR or are you treckin cross states to the show? We're from Colorado so our bowls are always full

It wouldnt be a good idea for any type of tank to be on the way to the mountain if a cop wants to take a little looksie poo thru your shiat. I did think of bringing helium until that little idea came to mind. The LED rope sounds kinda dope, no batteries=worth a shot. They did sell el wire at the festi last year but who knows if the same vendor will be there again. Also if your really into you should just buy some bulk package off ze internet, save some bucks.

you can get little tiny helium pumps, I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem. Keep it in its packaging so its clearly marked helium.

BSSN - that pic was taken in the back of Campground One at Clinton Lake back in Kansas. Camp BaconAlien is Old School.

(That pic was also before Ted the Turkey apparently ran off and joined the Wookies.)
