if it is prepared by a butcher its probably USDA passed, and will be ok to bring into arkysaw. pak it it with dry ice if you travel far to get here.

Wilderness St. is Chompdown St. There will also be a giant "Peace, Love, Chompdown" banner hanging from the trees in RV Reserved. That is where you need to be on Saturday morning.

I HATE shoes, flip flops are the style of the day/weekend. would forgo most clothes but the older I get the more people take offence... so I wear enough. besides, i've cooked bacon a-naturalale and it aint comfortable....OW! OW! OW! Noooooot gonna happen.....again.

As far as I'm aware of we aren't operating under any local policies regarding serving and preperation. No one needs to wear a hair net or wash dishes in three stainless steel sinks.

Last year local an offical asked a few questions, made a few notes and told us to have a nice day.

As for health inspectors, and where this would fall under health codes - Chompdown would be on the same level as a church potluck or a really, really big family cookout. No charge = eat at your own risk in their eyes because they aren't protecting a consumer.

That being said - can it be waka times now?

first things first: Happy Birthday Wavy Gravy!

    HELP WANTED:
Here's my plan: as in the past, I'll be dragging my tail & gear to the ChomPound sometime around /before 8am, set up my pancake station & have it ready to roll. I'll have all the ingredients for over a gallon of pancake mix, plus there's always add'l donations, so my griddle can stay full for the duration. Considering what appears to be great enthusiam for participation this year, let me welcome any and all who wish a shift at flipping flapjacks to just come look me up and the spatula's yours for as long or short as you like!
the more things change, the more things strange
