Default What's your festival bacon of choice?

As bacon line operators we open all kinds of packages of bacon at Chompdown. What everyone's bacon of choice for Waka at the campsite or to throw in the cooler to take to Chompdown? Maybe we can end up doing some trading on the rather obscure regional bacons we bring or share some choices that are widely available.

(thanks for the idea fresh suggs)

There is a smokehouse hear where I live that makes deeeeeelicious smoked bacon, and they have shoulder bacon- Super tasty! My boyfriend works at a brewery/farm where they raise pigs and the pigs get all the grain after they are done brewing the beer. Makes for a damn good pork chop.
    Thanks, now I am salivating.

So basically a Winter Waka Bacon Championship Bac-off?

(I shall be scouring the refrigerated meat counters for an obscure variety of local Bacon so unheard of in these parts you will ask yourself...what is this beautiful pork??)

Dude your crazy! You do know that turkey and pig are good good friends. Turkeys eat poop just like everybody else. In fact they probably eat the most poop. Turkey bacon is like 4.99% poop where as real bacon

just hangs out by the poop. Garble garble i'm a turkey, and I eat poop.
