TEAM B - VIP CAMPING ?'s
Forgive me if these questions have already been answered elsewhere.
Since Waka is only two weeks away I am in the planning stages of when to leave and what all I need to bring. Can you answer the following questions regarding VIP camping?
What is the approximate size of the campsites in VIP camping?
Will the spaces be roped off or will I just be given a general idea of where my space is?
Are they big enough for a full size pick-up truck, tent, and normal campsite setup (table, chairs, shade canopy, etc.)?
How stringent are the one tent per vehicle guidelines? We are trying to carpool and I figure one vehicle and two tents is better than two vehicles and two tents, no?
Is there only one treeline in the VIP area?
There will be a shuttle running on Wed night to/from Bottlneck and Liberty Hall for the pre-Waka events, correct?
I believe I read there will be VIP beverage service on Thursday night, will there also be VIP food service on Thursday?
Thanks for all your help!

Re: TEAM B - VIP CAMPING ?'s
Here you go Randy:
Since Waka is only two weeks away I am in the planning stages of when to leave and what all I need to bring. Can you answer the following questions regarding VIP camping?
What is the approximate size of the campsites in VIP camping? Your approximate size is 10x10 which doesn't include your vehicle.
Will the spaces be roped off or will I just be given a general idea of where my space is? Spaces will not be roped off. Our policy is that as long as you are not encroaching on your neighbor's space then you're fine. If there is some sort of problem regarding camping space alert the camp manager and we'll develop some type of compromise. However everyone is usually very cool so we doubt that anything like this will be necessary.
Are they big enough for a full size pick-up truck, tent, and normal campsite setup (table, chairs, shade canopy, etc.)? You should be just fine.
How stringent are the one tent per vehicle guidelines? We are trying to carpool and I figure one vehicle and two tents is better than two vehicles and two tents, no? Yes, as long as you are not planning to set up two circus tents then you should be fine.
Is there only one treeline in the VIP area? There is a treeline and also a grove of trees in the middle of the VIP camping area.
There will be a shuttle running on Wed night to/from Bottlneck and Liberty Hall for the pre-Waka events, correct? Yes.
I believe I read there will be VIP beverage service on Thursday night, will there also be VIP food service on Thursday? Yes.
Thanks for all your help!
