Helpful Tips on buying Reserved Campsites

Hey all!

The highly coveted Reserved Campsites go on sale at 12pm noon, central time, this Friday November 16th!

Here are some helpful tips and info for the big sale this Friday:

1.) Campsites can be purchased ONLINE ONLY. You cannot purchase campsites over the phone. You cannot call and "place a campsite on hold." Calling us does not give you "an advantage."

2.) Don't be late! These campsites will sell out in less than one minute (literally!).

3.) Have the ticket link pulled up a few minutes before noon, and hit refresh on the ticket link until you are able to add a campsite to your shopping cart. Click here for the ticket link.

4.) You do NOT need to create an online account with the ticket website, and you do NOT need to be signed into an account at all to purchase these campsites.

5.) If you have a campsite in your shopping cart but decide you do not want to buy it, please REMOVE THE TICKETS FROM YOUR CART so that other people may buy the campsite! REMOVE_TICKETS.jpg

6.) You will have a 5 minute time limit to complete the purchase! Don't dilly daddle, we need to release unpurchased campsites back to the general public.

7.) Limit one campsite per cardholder.

8.) REMAIN CALM AND GOOD LUCK! There are MANY people trying to purchase less than 40 campsites. This onsale is not "fixed" or "scammed" or "rigged" in any way, shape or form. Just high demand and low supply.

PS - Even if the campsites appear to be immediately sold out, wait a little while and periodically hit "refresh" to be sure. Sometimes tickets get stuck in cyberspace, and take a while to go from Available>>Reserved (in someone's shopping cart)>>back to Availalbe... for example, if the purchase is not completed in time, or if the order is declined, etc. then the ticket is "released" and available for purchase again... but this process can take a few minutes.

If we already know it's going to sell out in less than a minute, why post/advertise it on Facebook? I'm not trying to be catty, this is a serious/legit question. And I'm not harshing on you, Becky - you're time & efforts are appreciated far & wide. I'm just genuinely curious.......why post it on facebook if it's already set to be a frenzy of an on-sale as it is? Is it just standard operation to post about each & every milestone for continued exposure? Thanks in advance for any insight, wish us all luck tomorrow,
