    Default Wakarusa DVD?

Are there any plans to produce a DVD? I know there have to be some people wondering the same thing. Some may think it's too commercial to sell a DVD, but frankly, it's just a great way to remember the festival and an even better way to show the people that didn't come what they missed. I hope yall decide to produce one, I'm just not sure how you'll pick which acts and songs to show! Hopefully Team B will clue me in...

I've heard rumblings about it, but we're still not sure yet. Maybe this poll will help in convincing...

If too many people vote \"hell yeah\" will the DVD be over priced?

Also, if you do a DVD, be sure to start a mailing list to let people know when its out.

These guys aren't dumb, they won't overprice the DVD, I'd imagine it'd be around $20. That's pretty standard. But with the pleasant surprises they keep throwin' at us, I wouldn't be surprised if it's much less.

Let's hear what everyone wants to see if they decide to make a DVD......

I thought the 2002 Bonnaroo DVD was much better than the 2003 DVD. I guess it's just a matter of what you're wanting to see. 2003 had much more crowd shots and 2002 had more shots of the bands and artists.

I'd like to see a Wakarusa DVD done in a similar style of the Woodstock DVD. They used a split-screen so they could show twice the footage in the same amount of time. They were able to show plenty of shots of the artists AND crowd. It's almost too much to handle at times because you can't catch everything at once, but that makes it more fun to watch over and over.

I've heard if there is a large enough demand for a DVD they may just make one, so lets get some more response on here!

The woodstock DVD split screen is the greatest thing in the world. I would hope to see the same on a Wakarusa DVD as well.

I'm for a DVD. Crowd shots? Woodstock had 'em because it was shot as a documentary. Wouldn't you rather focus on the artists? See how they are enjoying themselves or not, how they are reacting to the crowd, to see their expressions, how they are feeling about what they are playing. Crowd shots are nice for those who aren't there to see how much fun we had.

Music DVDs make up most of my collection...they're one of my favorite things to watch. I have yet to get a DVD of a show that I was at...that would really kick ass.
