    Default I'm freaking out, people

...about not having anyone to go to Bonnaroo with. I know I've posted something already asking if anyone's going but now it's for sure that none of my friends are going, and I already have my ticket.

Any suggestions, or anyone want to meet up and camp together? I don't wantttt tooo beee allooonnneeee.

Albino, might you consider leaving yourself open to what the Universe may provide?

Oft times one can have amazing experiences traveling alone.

Set the intention and give it a try.

And give us a trip report when you get back!

I attended Wakarusa in '05 solo, but from the moment I arrived I never felt alone. That is the great thing about festivals, making lots of new friends even if it is only for the time you are there. :P

I have honestly had some of the most fun times a music events when I go it alone. I know it sounds crazy, but you set your entirely own agenda. No strings, no obligations, nothing holding you into any sort of situation. You call all your own shots, and chances are because of the situation, you are going to meet some great new people. Go there, and be open to the strangers around you. I guarantee you will make new friends there.

Ditto. This will be my third Waka pretty much solo. I mean, I meet up with folks at the fest, folks I've met via this forum and/or at the fest, but I don't go \"with\" anyone. The freedom to flow at will is wondrous and spontaneous and delicious.

I went to Bonnaroo solo last year and am going to Waka solo this year and think it's the best way to go. Nobody else to worry about and keep track of, you can set your own pace and it gives you a chance to meet new friends. I say go for it!

From my experience, going with people can get confusing. Everyone I've gone to the fest with has had many conflicts in my schedule. Last year I mainly would walk past my companion on the hill on our ways to different shows, then we would get together at camp for some sleep, then head out again. I was basically alone, but it was all good.

If not, theres bound to be someone on these boards soon who would be going to Roo before too long, now that festi season is here.

I caught a ride to Bonnaroo with some people I really didn't know and flew solo the whole time. I had the best time. You will meet cool people for sure and get to go where ever when ever. It's a good spiritual voyage. Try it!
