an old tape of a GOD STREET WINE show i saw when in college in denver in 1995.....anyone here ever see GSW? too bad they never got bigger....good band.
Kimock and Friends!!! I've decided that's all I'm going to listen to between now and the shows on Saturday and Sunday![]()
One of my oldest concert-going rules is that you can't listen on CD to the band you're going to see on the same day you're going to see them.
It's a sub-corollary to the \"don't wear the band's t-shirt to the concert\" rule.

OK, OK......just nothing else but hours and hours of Kimock today and tomorrow. I promise I'll stop on Saturday![]()
Word.
What I\"m listening to today: the Speakeasy set from last weekend at the Euphio Campout. It totally smokes.
It'll be up on BT and Archive soon, but if you're licking your chops (like I was), it's on www.shnflac.net right now. It's a quick free registration, and the site is run by my friend James (who also taped the show).
if you like Speakeasy, you NEED this set! Two never-played-before covers (and no, I'm not giving away the surprise), and several new songs as well!

I saw GSW a couple of times in the early 1990s. Then there was the show that didn't happen at the Granada. I guess the the band the night before was really radical and someone had spray painted a swastika on the wall in a venue hallway. One of the guys in the band saw it and they were outta there.

I should be getting a copy of this ASAP. For now I am still listening to the Phishstory that I got from a link KB posted. Monumental versions of many Phish songs. I will have to say that if you are including the \"Bring it on Home\" as a never before played cover then you should check the Dogstock setlist, it seems to me that they played an absolutely searing version of that tune there, the way the worked into it was AWESOME.
