    Default Earthtones/Dickson Street Music Fest

    April 25-26 Fayetteville, AR

Wow, It was just leaked to me that this festival will occur again. I was told in December it wouldn't happen, but it is! This year the festival will team up with George's Majestic and the Dixon Street Music Fest. I have some names of the bands that are confirmed, but I will have to tease you for now since it hasn't went official yet. Friday night is going to be really mellow with some classic rock bands. There will be after parties for both nights (smoking after hour sets) Saturday night is going to be one hell of a night! If you know who some of my favorite jambands and DJ's are than you might have a good guess at who will be playing.

ok...someone's going to have to tell me what kind of bands played this before. I just got approved work from home.....so basically that means I can probably just up and leave whenever right?!?!??!

ok....i just tried to look this up. If Speakeasy is there, I'd be interested in checking this out.

Drew Emmit, Speakeasy, Blue Tech...good mix of styles and lotsa late night DJ sets.
...as I move to the rhythms of a luminous tune,
the ominous structures of the flowers and moon...

Camping may not happen seeing how this is a city fest. I was told the city may open up the fairgrounds for camping?

The rumored bands on Saturday night blows last year's line-up away. I think there is only one confirmed artist mentioned above confirmed. I was told they expect about 5,000 people for the weekend and tickets are in the range of 35 to 50 for both nights.

Very cool! It sounds like they have really upped this fest from last year. When can we expect an announcement?
