Please Help!!

I need some advice... okay, so my good friend bought a ticket for waka from a another friend who lives in austin. she mailed him his ticket... alas.. one of his roommates threw it away!!! all we have is an order reciept under her name... so, what do we do? have her call the box office and change the ticket to him? or are we out of luck? it just sucks cause his roommates don't have any money to give him to buy a new ticket, he is so excited, and now, doesn't know if he can go!!! help with options please...

I would think you could talk to the will call people and show them the receipt. isnt that was a receipt is for?

well yeah, but the receipt is in her name, and she lives in austin, so we were afraid that they would need to see her identification with it. or do you think we would be all good without it? he just doesn't know if he should buy a ticket for 120 here in denver, or chance it, try to get in there, and if not, then buy a 170 ticket. ahhhhh.
